On 15 November 2015 PPC Ba Ria - Vung Tau has issued Decision No. 01/2015 / QD-UBND together with regulations of review title for artisans, skilled craftsmen, and people with meritorious services to introduction of new professions in the province.
The decision was issued with the aim to encourage, motivate, and promote the role of artisans, skilled craftsmen, and people with meritorious services to introduction of new professions in the province. It also aims to recognize the contribution of skilled craftsmen who are dedicated intelligence, talent, strength for the maintenance and development of the handicraft industry of the province; encourage artists to maintain and promote professional development, contributing to job creation for local workers, ...
The regulation applies to all individuals who are citizens of Vietnam and engage in manufacturing and trading enterprises, establishments producing handicrafts from all economic sectors in the province of Ba Ria - Vung Tau.
The regulation of review title artisans, skilled craftsmen, and people with meritorious services to introduction of new professions in the province is divided into four chapters, including 18 articles and appendices attached.
