The working delegation of Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture, Japan and BRVT PPC leaders and leaders from BRVT departments and agencies.
In the afternoon of July 20, 2016, Mr. Dang Minh Thong, Deputy President of BRVT PPC had a meeting with the delegation of Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture, Japan led by Mr. Isato Kunisada, City Mayor.
On behalf of BRVT People’s Committee, Mr. Dang Minh Thong express the deep gratitude to Sanjo City, especially to Mr. Isato Kunisada, City Mayor and Mr. Hirofumi Saito, President of Sanjo Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) for their great support for the project “Human Resource training and promotion of supporting industry in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province”. The project which aimed at transferring knowledge and expertise in human resource and supporting industry development from Sanjo City to Ba Ria – Vung Tau province was funded by JICA and implemented by SCCI and BRVT Department of Industry and Trade. Over 2 years, around 100 participants including officers in charge of human resource and industrial development, vocational teachers, and company leaders have gained benefit from the project. BRVT PPC highly appreciated the cooperation project. Through the project, changes in officers ’mindset from ordering to servicing and changes in business leaders’ mindset of HR administration practice are obvious. On top of that, the friendship relationship between the two localities was up to a new level with more cooperation in many fields.
Mr. Dang Minh Thong, Deputy President of BRVT PPC and Mr. Isato Kusinada – Sanjo City Mayor (center) witnessed the MOU signature ceremony between DOIT and SCCI.
On this occasion, Department of Industry and Trade signed an MOU of HR training cooperation with SCCI under the witness of leaders from two sides. The MOU is expected to promote the human resources in supporting industry and strengthen the relationship between the two parties.
Mr. Isato Kusinada thanked BRVT leaders for the great hospitality and hope that the cooperation between Sanjo city and BRVT will be another great success.
