On September 18th, 2018, Ba Ria – Vung Tau People’s Committee issued the Decision No. 2600/QĐ-UBND about the abolishment of two administrative procedures in chemical fields.
The procedures of issueing and reissueing the cetificate of chemical safety training under DOIT’s rights are abolished in compliance with the regulations in Decree No. 113/ND-CP dated October 09 2017 detailing and guiding certain articles of Chemical Laws.
According to Decree No.113/2017/ND-CP, organizations or individuals working in chemical field or chemical safety training organizations can organize chemical safety training courses. The trainer is required to have higher education degree specialized in chemistry and 5 year – experiences in chemical field. The training content and duration are specified clearly in the Decree.
Department of Industry and Trade holds the responsibility to periodical check about the implementation of chemical safety training practice once a year.
